Directions to Trailhead: Take Pacific Coast Highway 1.5 miles west of Malibu Canyon Road and turn right onto Corrall Canyon Road (Union Oil gas station is on the corner). Follow the road to the end and park.
The Hike: We will start hiking east on the Castro/Mesa Peak Motorway ultimately reaching Mesa Peak. We will explore several caves, the first one reached is where the Malibu fire started in 2006.
